Karthik Kumar is Senior Vice President of Product at Arcadia, where he leads product strategy for the company’s agentic AI and care navigation solutions. He brings both technical depth and business strategy to product development, and is known for building deep customer relationships and delivering on complex roadmaps that demonstrate measurable clinical and operational outcomes.
Karthik joins Arcadia from AWS Health AI, where he scaled AWS HealthLake into a petabyte-scale analytics foundation serving thousands of health systems. During his career at AWS, he also launched Amazon Connect Health, AWS’s first agentic AI solution for healthcare. Earlier in his career, Karthik held product leadership roles across the patient, provider, and payer ecosystems at several healthcare technology startups.
Karthik is a computer engineer by training with a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a Master of Business Administration in Health Sector Management from Duke University.
