Zach Bredl is Vice President of Product Management at Arcadia, which helps organizations act with clarity through trusted intelligence, analytics, and responsible AI. He helps lead the company’s product strategy, including care navigation and analytic workflow tools that help Arcadia customers manage patient populations and act on data at the point of care.
Zach previously served in product, sales, and analytics roles at CareJourney, the data science and insights company Arcadia acquired in 2024. Over more than six years , he grew from data analyst into sales leadership and ultimately into product management, serving as Senior Director of Product Management prior to joining Arcadia. His work shaping CareJourney’s products and go-to-market approach was instrumental to the acquisition, and it continues to carry into Arcadia’s platform today.
Earlier in his career, Zach worked as a predictive analytics consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton before co-founding StrokeFlow, a startup focused on data management and process optimization for medical procedure teams.
Zach earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
