Amy Bagge-Smith is General Counsel and Head of Regulatory Affairs at Arcadia, where she leads the company’s legal and regulatory functions. Amy navigates complex regulatory and legal landscapes to create strategic action plans that accelerate Arcadia’s growth and shape the company’s policy influence and compliance.
Amy brings more than a decade of experience advising organizations on healthcare, technology, privacy, and regulatory matters. Most recently, she served as General Counsel, Chief Privacy Officer, and VP of Regulatory Affairs at Zus Health, where she built and led the company’s legal and privacy functions and played a key role in value-based care policy and interoperability efforts, including contributions to TEFCA and CMS-aligned network initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Amy served as Associate General Counsel for Technology and Innovation at Nebraska Medicine, where she advised on healthcare technology, data use, and digital transformation initiatives. She also held legal roles at a financial technology company and practiced law at national and regional firms, with a focus on intellectual property, information technology, and complex commercial transactions.
Amy holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Northern Iowa.
