Chris Rallo

Chief Product Officer

Chris Rallo is Chief Product Officer at Arcadia, where he leads an agentic AI-first product strategy that helps healthcare organizations translate data into aligned action and measurable outcomes.

Chris spent a decade at Amazon and AWS, where he built and scaled businesses across healthcare, retail technology, and global commerce. Most recently, as General Manager of Amazon Connect Health, he built and launched AWS' first agentic AI platform for healthcare. Chris drove one of healthcare's first large-scale deployments of agentic AI, working directly with leading academic medical centers to reach millions of patient interactions annually.  

Throughout his career, Chris has repeatedly built and scaled category-defining products spanning agentic AI, computer vision, biometric payments, and consumer personalization and delivery across some of the world's most recognized platforms.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Pacific Lutheran University.
