Vignesh Elamvazhuthi is the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Arcadia, where he is responsible for strategizing and executing technology projects aligned with Arcadia’s product roadmap, driving initiatives to enhance software quality and reliability, and creating a unified architecture to ensure consistency and scalability across the company and its offerings.
Vignesh has a rich history in the technology sector, starting his career as a software engineer straight out of college. Before joining Arcadia, he served as Head of Engineering at Machinify, a startup focused on AI-based products in the payer operations space. In this role, he reported directly to the CEO and was instrumental in scaling the product and engineering organization and processes. Before that, Vignesh had a progressive career in various engineering roles at Salesforce for nearly a decade, leading product development teams that innovated and shipped sales and marketing automation platforms.
Vignesh holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Hindustan College of Engineering at Anna University in India. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife Kala, their daughter, and their 10-year-old German Shepherd Mix named Bagheera. As a family, they enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and skiing.
