Akhil Shah is Chief Commercial Officer at Arcadia, healthcare’s most trusted platform behind every outcome. He leads the company's growth strategy, helping healthcare organizations unlock greater value from their data to improve outcomes, lower costs, and thrive in an increasingly complex healthcare landscape. With a deep commitment to customer success and better patient outcomes, Akhil helps identify emerging market opportunities and advance innovations that enable healthcare organizations to achieve measurable clinical and financial results.

Akhil brings deep experience working with providers and payers to design and implement large-scale clinical programs, innovative care delivery models, and value-based partnerships that strengthen performance across the healthcare ecosystem.

Throughout his career, Akhil has led transformative initiatives spanning healthcare strategy, operations, commercialization, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational transformation. Prior to joining Arcadia, he led Commercial Strategy, Corporate Development, and Value Creation at Cityblock Health, driving strategic initiatives that expanded access to high-quality care for more than 100,000 attributed lives and drove P&L impact across their value-based care arrangements with payer partners. Earlier in his career, Akhil was part of the founding team at Covera Health, leading go-to-market strategy and commercializing data analytics solutions for large employers and payers. His experience also includes launching a health insurance company, leading provider network strategy and clinical program development, and building and managing multiple accountable care organizations and clinically integrated networks at Medical Advantage (acquired by Aledade).  

Akhil holds an Executive Master of Health Services Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Michigan.
