Dan Ross is Chief Customer Officer at Arcadia, the AI-native healthcare performance platform for outcomes, where he helps healthcare organizations translate data, analytics, and AI into measurable improvements in performance, cost, and care delivery. He works closely with customers to apply Arcadia’s platform to the highest-value opportunities, enabling them to act on insight and track return on investment across value-based care and population health initiatives.
With more than 30 years of experience in enterprise analytics and software, Dan has built and led organizations focused on turning complex data into actionable insight and sustained business impact. This includes co-founding CareJourney, a healthcare analytics company acquired by Arcadia in 2024, where his work focused on partnering with payers, providers, and risk-bearing organizations to operationalize analytics to support better decision-making and long-term transformation.
Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan and serves on the board of the Falls Church Education Foundation for Falls Church City Public Schools in Virginia.
