Kevin Sheldon

Chief Human Resources Officer

Kevin Sheldon leads people operations and strategy at Arcadia, one of New England’s fastest-growing companies recognized by Built In and The Muse as one of the best places to work. Kevin is passionate about building a rewarding and inclusive workplace that empowers employees to grow, thrive, and contribute to Arcadia’s mission of transforming healthcare through data.

Kevin joined Arcadia in 2024 following its acquisition of CareJourney, where he served as Chief Operating Officer. During his nearly decade-long tenure at CareJourney, Kevin built and scaled its HR function from the ground up—developing onboarding, professional development, performance management, recruiting, and benefits programs that supported the company’s rapid growth. Today, in addition to leading Arcadia’s People Operations team, Kevin continues to oversee CareJourney’s operational functions, driving growth and customer success during its integration into Arcadia.

Earlier in his career, Kevin held leadership roles at digital marketing and business intelligence start-ups and global media brands, including AOL.com, The Huffington Post, and TechCrunch. He has an MBA from the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School and a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Kevin is an avid runner who recently qualified for both the Chicago and Boston marathons. He enjoys traveling and hiking with his wife and three children and has a goal to visit every National Park in the United States.
