Dave Szela is the Chief Growth Officer at Arcadia, a healthcare data platform company that helps payers and providers put their data to work so they can transform healthcare. With a 30-year track record of driving growth and innovation in healthcare technology, he’s transformed how payers, providers, employers, governments, and life science companies leverage data to improve patient outcomes and financial performance.

As Arcadia’s Chief Growth Officer, Dave leads the development and execution of growth strategies, from market expansion to product innovation, ensuring maximum customer value and streamlined sales processes. Dave also works closely with teams across departments — including product, marketing, and operations — to ensure consistent and cohesive strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and the overall customer experience.

Known for his collaborative approach, industry insights, and ability to drive results, Dave is a trusted partner to healthcare organizations seeking to navigate the evolving landscape of healthcare data and technology. His progressive career in healthcare includes senior leadership roles at leading companies, including Datavant, McKesson, AT&T, Philips, and Abbott.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a graduate of The Wharton School’s Executive Leadership Program. He and his family live in Chicago, Illinois. When he’s not helping healthcare brands tackle complex data challenges, Dave enjoys playing golf, exploring real estate, and attending live music events.
