Mike Badome, ASA, MAAA

Lead Actuary

Mike Badome serves as Lead Actuary for Arcadia, a healthcare data platform company that helps providers and payers put their data to work so they can change healthcare. In his role, Mike leverages his more than 15 years of experience in value-based care contracting and financial analytics to help Arcadia’s customers improve performance, develop networks, and manage risk-based agreements.

Before joining Arcadia, Mike was the Head of Actuarial at Evolent ACO where he led data-driven business decisions and value-based contracting strategies — including commercial and Medicare (MSSP & MA) value-based care financials, forecasts, growth evaluation, and contract development. Earlier in his career, Mike served in actuarial and informatics roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts for nearly a decade.

Mike is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and the Society of Actuaries. He holds a graduate certificate in Business Administration from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from Florida State University.
