Big Bets: The Next 10 Years and the Role of Value-Based Care
Presenters: Luke Hansen, MD, MHS Chief Medical Officer Aneesh Chopra Chief Strategy Officer	Join Dr. Luke Hansen and Aneesh Chopra for an interactive and forward-looking session on the future of healthcare. This fireside chat will explore the role of value-based care (VBC) in shaping the next decade of healthcare and dive into the key trends, innovations, and challenges that lie ahead. The discussion will involve predictions about “sure bets” and “high-risk bets” in healthcare, while offering thought-provoking “unpredictions” and bold takes. The panel will have to sell their strategies for “bets” on various healthcare strategies, such as the growth of Medicare Advantage, commercial risk transitions, specialty arrangements, and more. Panelists will defend their positions and discuss the potential risks and rewards of each wager.

Designed to monitor clinic and provider performance across ACCN’s network of clinics, this dashboard plays a crucial role in driving accountability and performance toward meeting shared savings across contracts. Attendees will gain insights into the concept, infrastructure, deployment process, and measurable results of this dashboard, as well as lessons learned from its implementation.
Expanding Beyond PCPs: Leveraging Specialist Data to Drive Change in WKCC	Presenter: Erica Robinson Director, Population Health and Performance, WKCC	WakeMed Key Community Care (WKCC) is evolving from a primary care provider (PCP)-focused ACO to one that incorporates more specialists into its network using innovative financial incentives. In this session, WKCC will discuss the challenges faced with payers, payer data constraints, and their collaborative efforts with specialists to manage care more effectively. Attendees will learn how WKCC leverages specialist data in Arcadia to drill down into costs, identify opportunities for improvement, and create actionable reports that support their Population Health Services team in driving meaningful change with specialists.

Managing a Self-Insured Health Plan in Arcadia: A Yale Case Study	Presenters: Polly VanderWoude Executive Director, Population Health & Clinical Integrations, Yale New Haven Health Robyn Vonderheyde Yale New Haven Health	Yale New Haven Health’s experts will present their approach to managing a self-insured health plan using Arcadia. The session will focus on three critical areas: improving quality measures, managing patient attribution, and aligning reporting and data to meet organizational goals. Attendees will gain a comprehensive understanding of how Yale leverages data and reporting tools to ensure the success of their self-insured health plan while driving better health outcomes and efficiency.
Driving Cost-Saving Initiatives with Arcadia: A GMP Case Study	Presenter: Jason Wrobel Business Analyst, GMP Network	In 2023, GMP Network launched two key cost-saving initiatives where Arcadia played a pivotal role in their success. In this session, GMP will discuss how Arcadia’s platform was instrumental in achieving their goals. The first initiative focused on reducing primary care sensitive (PCS) visits to the ER during business hours, while the second aimed to improve physician engagement. Attendees will learn how these initiatives were implemented, the challenges addressed, and the measurable outcomes that contributed to GMP’s success.
