Catherine Turbett

As Vice President, ACO and Health Plan Operations at Arcadia, Catherine Turbett works closely with Arcadia’s customers to optimize their transitions to operating under the principles of value-based care as they assume greater financial risk for producing high-quality, cost-effective patient outcomes. Turbett is leveraging her previous experience to drive operational performance improvements under value-based contracting arrangements for Arcadia’s ACOs and health plan customers. She oversees Arcadia’s account management team to ensure that customers are able to develop the right strategies to address the fundamentals of financial performance in a value-based contract.

Catherine Turbett began her career in practice operations, responsible for the patient experience and efficiency, in both local and national specialty facilities. In 2013, she went on to work for Steward Health Care Network’s Accountable Care Organization, tasked with improving performance and achieving the triple aim plus one in value-based arrangements in Massachusetts. She became responsible for organizational strategies and, in 2017, became Executive Director of National Performance Operations.

Overseeing a team of 300 for Steward’s MSO, Catherine was responsible for delivering all performance operations (Risk Adjustment, Quality, Patient and Member Experience, Provider Enrollment and Credentialing, and Referral Management) for both Steward’s health plans and ACOs. In 2019, Catherine became the VP, Market Operations at Lumeris, overseeing Quality and Stars for 10 health plans and ACOs.
